9 March Meeting
There will be meeting on 9th of March.
The attire will be Pt kit 1
And we will finish up on SS knotting and will be doing some light physical training.
Some running, arm exercise and mostly jogging.
It will not be too exhausting and for those who have not been too physically fit, it is about time to get fit. :D

Figure of 8
Alpine butterfly
Guyline Hitch
Sheepshank
Marline Spike Hitch
Timber Hitch
Round lashing
This 7 knots, I will be testing you on Wednesday meeting
